Earlier, on September 18, 2025, Creative Technology Group (CT) and NEP Sweetwater, both audiovisual companies under NEP Group, launched a new division, CT Film & Entertainment, within CT and the larger NEP Live Events Group. These events followed Freddy Sim's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Creative Technology Limited on May 16, 2025. Sim brings over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience in consumer electronics and technology, with interim CEO Tan Jok Tin continuing as executive chairman.
