The General Assembly, held on September 29, 2026, with 77.33% of total votes represented, passed decisions including amendments to Articles 5 and 39 of the Articles of Association and the appointment of an auditor for the 2027 business year. Earlier, on September 9, Hrvatski Telekom appointed Marina Burazer as Director of Corporate Communications; Burazer previously served as Director of Marketing and ESG at Fortenova Group and held senior positions at INA.
