Operating two channels, LTV1 (primarily Latvian-language) and LTV7 (Latvian with some Russian programming), LTV provides television and radio services. As a member of the European Broadcasting Union (since 1993), LTV employs approximately 180 people and generated less than $50 million in revenue in 2023. Its headquarters are located in Latvia.

Latvia plans to purchase three passenger trains for operation on the Rail Baltica European standard-gauge railway, as Transport Minister Atis Švinka announced on Latvian Television’s program Šodienas jautājums on Thursday.
