The Walt Disney Co. announced on August 6, 2026, that it sold out all commercial time for ESPN's telecast of the 2027 Super Bowl, which ABC will air on February 14. Disney Chief Financial Officer Hugh Johnston disclosed the sellout during the company's earnings call. Previously, on August 5, 2026, ESPN unveiled its 2026 college football TV announcers, including the SEC broadcast crews. Earlier on July 31, 2026, ESPN and Fanatics Studios, a joint venture between Fanatics and OBB, released the official trailer for the second edition of "Fanatics Fest: All Access," an hour-long special set to premiere on August 4 on ESPN and immediately afterwards on the ESPN App. Also on July 31, YouTube TV confirmed the rollout of account linking for ESPN Unlimited access, allowing subscribers with ESPN channels to connect their YouTube TV and ESPN accounts to stream the full ESPN Unlimited library through the standalone ESPN application.
