On August 6, 2026, Live Media Group officially announced the acquisition of Gravity Media’s United States mobile production assets, including eight mobile production units, among them three premium production trucks with existing major broadcast contracts. The transaction also incorporates engineering and technical staff into Live Media Group. Earlier on August 6, Gravity Media confirmed its strategic partnership with Live Media Group, which involved handing its U.S. outside broadcast (OB) fleet to the company. Previously, on August 5, Gravity Media UK named David Snowdon as its new Creative Director. Based at the company's production centre in West London, Snowdon will spearhead creative development and strengthen the production business’s capabilities. This follows an initial announcement on August 4, when Gravity Media and Live Media Group unveiled their strategic partnership to transfer control of Gravity Media’s U.S. OB truck fleet to Live Media Group, enabling Gravity Media to focus on its specialist production, content media services, and facilities.
