Megogo, a privately owned Ukrainian company founded in 2010, operates a streaming service platform primarily targeting markets in the former Soviet Union. Employing approximately 700 people, the company reported revenues of around $25 million in 2020.
On March 19, 2025, Megogo announced a media rights partnership with BOXXER, enabling Ukrainian viewers to watch BOXXER boxing events exclusively on its platform. A similar agreement between Boxxer and Megogo was also reported, granting Ukrainian viewers exclusive access to Boxxer's boxing events via Megogo's streaming platform. Separately, Ukrainian cable operator Volia plans to add Megogo Sport to its pay-TV lineup, making it available to digital TV subscribers in several Ukrainian cities starting June 5.
