Megogo, a privately owned company headquartered in Ukraine, was founded in 2010 and employs approximately 700 individuals, specializing in media and TV services. The company functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer, operating as a Ukrainian OTT video service platform aimed at ex-USSR markets.
On June 5, Megogo Sport launched on Volia's digital TV platform in several Ukrainian cities. A media rights partnership between Megogo and BOXXER was announced on March 19, 2025, granting Megogo exclusive rights to broadcast BOXXER boxing events in Ukraine. This agreement was further reported in another news story, specifying that viewers in Ukraine can watch Boxxer's boxing events live and exclusively on Megogo's platform. Separately, Megogo will broadcast the second semi-final match of the Club World Cup between PSG and Real Madrid on July 9.
Megogo currently holds 19 broadcasting rights for sports competitions including motorsports, basketball, boxing, soccer | association football and combat sports.
