Megogo, a privately owned Ukrainian company founded in 2010, operates a streaming service platform primarily targeting markets in the former Soviet Union. Employing approximately 700 people, the company reported revenues of around $25 million in 2020.
On June 5, Megogo Sport launched on Volia's digital TV platform in several Ukrainian cities. A media rights partnership between Megogo and BOXXER was announced on March 19, 2025, granting Megogo exclusive rights to broadcast BOXXER boxing events in Ukraine. This agreement was further reported in another news story, specifying that viewers in Ukraine can watch Boxxer's boxing events live and exclusively on Megogo's platform. Separately, Megogo will broadcast the second semi-final match of the Club World Cup between PSG and Real Madrid on July 9.
Megogo currently holds 21 broadcasting rights for sports competitions including boxing, motorsports, combat sports, basketball and soccer | association football.
