Starzplay, a Middle East streaming platform, partnered with Huawei Cloud on February 25 to enhance its digital entertainment services, ensuring scalability, low latency, and uninterrupted viewing for millions of users, even during major live events. Previously, on February 10, the company secured exclusive rights to stream the International Cricket Council (ICC) Men's T20 World Cup 2026 across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As the tournament's official streaming partner, Starzplay also announced a collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy to establish two fan zones in Dubai, offering live viewing experiences for the event.
Starzplay currently holds 24 broadcasting rights for sports competitions including golf, cycling, motorsports, basketball, soccer | association football, combat sports, baseball, rugby union and cricket.
