A separate report mentions a €70 million ($75 million) transaction involving Vodafone Romania, Digi Romania, OTE, and Deutsche Telekom for the acquisition of key assets of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications. The acquisition by Vodafone Romania includes a change in HR leadership.
