Employing approximately 710 people, it specializes in real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising solutions for television, encompassing cable, broadcast, and connected TV (CTV). Owned by Novacap, Cadent's revenue was less than $500 million in 2024. AdTheorent is a subsidiary of Cadent.
Cadent selected OverIT as its Field Service Management software partner on May 8, 2025, a deployment supporting 3600 users. Cadent also announced a £75 million investment in a North West England gas mains upgrade program, involving 600 engineers and upgrading 385km of pipes to pave the way for biomethane. Separately, Cadent confirmed an investment of over £91 million to modernize over 300km of its East of England pipeline from April 2025 to March 2026. This work aims to ensure residents have access to heat and hot water.
