Spectacular Gordon Murray Central Feature unveiled at the 2025 Festival of Speed

Built by British designer and artist Gerry Judah, with some input from Murray himself, the Central Feature features a Gordon Murray Automotive T.50 and the Brabham BT62 Formula 1 car. For those of you who don’t know, the T.50 is Murray’s spiritual successor to the legendary McLaren F1, with three seats, a central driving position and a naturally aspirated V12 engine.

Family, friends and children are welcome to spectate and can bring a camera to record the experience. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times. Tea and coffee will be available at the venue.

Racing Simulator Experience

Children must be aged 12 and over and they must be over 1.5m to comfortably fit in the seat and use the simulators. The Exsim VR5 simulators feature Tillett B4 seats that are designed to be fitted, allowing the customer to be held securely during their time in the simulator. The widest part of the seat is 43cm in width. As the seat is made of carbon fibre, there is no expansion.
